Grant Foundation, Hal brings over three decades of global executive leadership, formerly serving as Executive Vice President of IT Business and Global Supply Chain at Schneider Electric. Currently Principal at Montagny LLC, he leverages his deep background in international enterprise management, operational governance, and strategic planning to ensure the foundation's philanthropic investments create resilient, lasting impact.
Diane
FounderCo-founder of the H.E. Grant Foundation, Diane is a dedicated educator with over twenty years of experience across international higher education and language institutions in the United States and France. Holding dual Master's degrees from the University of Grenoble III and Middle Tennessee State University, her lifelong focus on intercultural communication, literacy, and student empowerment guides the foundation's compassionate mission.

DirectorWith a rich journalistic background, Damien has worked and reported extensively across the globe, investigating international affairs and actively engaging with global civic causes. His international perspective and narrative storytelling help amplify underrepresented voices and champion the foundation's humanitarian missions.
Andrew
DirectorAndrew is an Assistant Professor of Geography at the University of Tampa and an expert in qualitative social research. Holding a Ph.D. from UCLA and having taught at Boston College, he authored 'The Concrete Plateau' (Cornell University Press, 2022). His research on urbanization, migration, and marginalized communities informs the foundation's evidence-based child welfare initiatives.
